At Retrosheep, we take great pride in creating unique handmade items personalized just for you. As each item is individually made to order, we regret to inform you that handmade personalized orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production.

Once you have confirmed your order, we begin the process of creating your custom item. This process takes several hours, and in some cases, days, to complete. Therefore, we cannot accept any cancellations once production has started.

Handmade items to Order Items

Unfortunately, as all of our items are handmade and personalised to each individual customer, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. We take great pride in producing unique and high-quality items, but please understand that we cannot offer refunds once an order has been placed and is in production. However, if there is an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to find a solution. Thank you for your understanding.

How long will it take to make my personalised handmade item?

We have a 3-day turnaround for our personalised handmade items. You will be kept up to date with the process of your order from start to finish. Once your order has been completed, we will provide you with your tracking number when your item has been dispatched via tracked delivery with our lovely postman Ben, who comes to collect our mail every morning.

Generally, as a rule of thumb, your items are handmade as soon as possible and can sometimes be dispatched the same day. Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays, our turnaround time may be longer. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

                               

    T Shirts Terms of Sale

Due to the nature of our handmade T-shirts, we cannot accept returns on any T-shirts that have been removed from their sealed hygienic packaging. Once the T-shirt is unwrapped, we can no longer guarantee that it has not been worn or otherwise compromised. Terms for Handmade to Order Socks:

As our handmade to order socks are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges once they have been removed from their sealed hygienic packaging. Please ensure that you have selected the correct size and colour before opening the package.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will assess the damage and determine the best course of action to resolve the issue.

Please note that all of our handmade to order socks are unique and may have slight variations in pattern or color due to the handmade nature of the product. We strive to provide the best possible product and will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.

Personalised Order Terms

  3. Production: Once you have approved the design, we will begin production. Please note that handmade personalised orders cannot be cancelled once in production as it takes hours to make each unique handmade item.

  4. Shipping: Your personalised item will be shipped to you within the estimated shipping time frame. We use tracked Royal Mail for our postal services to ensure timely delivery.

Please note that personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damaged item and packaging for insurance purposes. Once we receive this information, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the item was damaged during shipping, we may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please keep all packaging and damaged items until we advise you otherwise.
